- Technicians arrive onsite within 8 working hours* of the call with fully stocked service packs to complete repairs on the first visit.
- Unlimited repairs, travel time, all parts and labour (excluding printheads and consumable items) included under the onsite service plan.
- Onsite service throughout the United Kingdom.
What to do for onsite repairs:
- Have the following information ready before you call:
- Serial Number of printer to be repaired
- Description of problem
- A technician will arrive on location with parts in hand to repair your broken printer.

What to do for return-to-base repairs:
- Write the Service Plan Number on the box or shipping label.
- Include description of problem inside printer box.
- Ship printer to: Albion Systems Ltd, 33 Oxford Rd, Altrincham, WA14 2ED
Suggestion: Use carrier that provide insurance and tracking capabilities. Use original packaging if possible.Insure printer for replacement value.
